Thank you for shopping with MAGA-MERCH.SHOP. We appreciate your support and want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All our products are made to order specifically for you. This means we print and produce each item only after you complete your purchase. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or incorrect orders once production begins.
Please double-check your size, color, and shipping information before confirming your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, we will replace it free of charge.
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@maga-merch.shop. We’ll immediately investigate and send a replacement or missing item.
4. Exchanges
Since our items are custom printed, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase — before the printing or fulfillment process starts. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
To request a cancellation, email contact@maga-merch.shop immediately with your order number and the subject line “Cancel Order.”
6. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
Item arrives damaged or defective and cannot be replaced
The wrong item was shipped and we cannot correct it
The package is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
Please check with your local post office or neighbors first.
If the package is lost in transit (never marked as delivered), we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing error or defective items.
